Persecuted BUT not Forsaken

II Corinthians 4:8-11

This passage serves to remind believers that even though we will be or are persecuted, we are not forsaken. There are many believers in Christ who are being persecuted in multiple ways, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and so much more. Nevertheless, we are reminded that even as they hated Jesus, we too will be hated and mistreated. Let us all be encouraged to persevere and not lose heart. We still have a better home awaiting us even though our outer man perishes. Brothers and sisters, let us be strong in the Lord. Know that He is with us in every situation, although it may not appear to be so. Jesus is with us and will never leave us alone (Joshua 1:9).
