We have a variety of programs at different levels which we believe will be attractive to those who are seeking refresher, certificates, or degrees in Christian ministry. We will be happy to walk you through the programs before making your decision to study here at Shekinah. This college's motto is "What Does the Word Say", which gives credence to our mission in abiding by the infallible word of God. The name Shekinah was directly given after prayer and the need to have God's presence in all that we do in honour to the name of Jesus Christ.
If you were truly called to prepare for the ministry, or you may have been in ministry but need further studies, Shekinah could be your final stop. The greatest convenience is that we are online, and students do not have to travel. Moreover, you study at their own pace, but we encourage everyone to keep striving for success which requires diligence and order. Why wait? Making the Decision
Preparing for a course of study at any time is often very daunting because it changes the normal routine of one's life. Nevertheless, at the end of the journey the rewards are beyond the imagination. We will walk you through the preparation and help you to work your way through to a successful journey.
You may only need to take one class in a particular and then proceed to complete an entire course to obtain a proficient certificate or degree. Whatever your decision, we will assist you every step of the way.

Accurate knowledge and interpretation of the Word of God are essential.
“Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman
that needs not to be ashamed,
rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15).
“But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and (be)
ready always to (give) an answer to every man that
asks you a reason of
the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:
Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak
evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely
accuse your good conversation in Christ” (I Peter 3:15-16).

The next step is submitting a high school diploma, GED certification or any other proof of your ability to take the course for which you have chosen. We will also consider applicable transcripts from other institutions of learning. Finally, if the minister can show proof of ministerial abilities and experience these will be taken into consideration at the time of admission.
Non-degree Programs
There are several non-degree programs being offered at STC for those who do not feel compelled to take a long course. These are ideal for persons who only need an introduction to a course in order to make the decision for further study. We are here to help, and all students need to do is to ask. Choosing Shekinah Theological College
Shekinah is an online Christian Institution with programs based on the principles of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our aim is to please God. Therefore, our purpose and mission will be to expect excellence and success from all our students whose desire is to fulfill the call of God on their lives in extending the Gospel. The programs are designed for those who are called into a biblical ministry. Most importantly, the student must decide whether he or she is responding to the Holy Spirit or for mainly secular endeavours. If it is the former, then STC is the place structured for Christian learning and development. This is the place where you receive teachings to help you to promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Moreover, if God has called you into ministry, He will take you safely and successfully to your destiny. If the individual has other aims, then Shekinah would not be the institution to choose.
Consequently, God's approval of us will last throughout eternity. We are here to build the kingdom of God, and to reach all the world with the gospel as we await the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, Shekinah Theological College [STC] believes in quality and aims for excellence for all our students. If you were called by God to serve Him, then seek to do His will, and let Him promote and empower you. Only God has the final say in all of mankind's aspirations.
When you have fulfilled His will for your life, nothing on earth can bar you from receiving His reward, which is eternal life with Jesus Christ. If you are faithful, after this life you will be going "To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fades not away, reserved in heaven for you," I Peter 1:4. Reliance must only be upon God for success, 2 Chronicles 13:18.
Reasons Why you should choose Shekinah for your spiritual studies.
Firstly, to become a minister you must know the Word. This means that time must be set aside to prayerfully study with the direction and leading of the Holy Spirit. Nothing can be achieved without this great Teacher and Guide. He gives insights and wisdom with various methods for understanding and application of the Word (I Corinthians 2). As a Teacher, the Holy Spirit imparts knowledge while He interprets with revelations, through discernment for the believer who allows Him access to his or her life.
Secondly, Shekinah is an online college which does not require students to travel. Work is done in the privacy of the home, and at the student's own rate of speed. However, we encourage students to work with diligence using the opportunities given to them by God.
Thirdly, we are one of the most affordable colleges to be found online. Applying at STC will make you say to yourself, "This is what I was looking for to meet my budget and being able to learn how to study the Bible to prepare me for God's service."
Fourthly, Students may only need a refresher, or to do one course of study. Programs are flexible, and there is no scheduled time for entry or completion.
Finally, Shekinah is a Bible-oriented, Holy Spirit-led, and Christ-centred institution. Therefore, our confidence and dependence are upon God and His grace, rather than the ideologies of outside entities. Our theme is "What does the Word say?"
