Have you ever thought about God calling on sinful people to come and talk with Him?
How many statesmen or people of renown would even consider the humble soul to visit him or even to think about the pain and distress being experienced? Only God Who loves us all.
God is calling on us to bring our concerns to Him. We have the opportunity and ability to go before Him with anything relating to our relationship with Him and the condition of the church. Despite the invitation from a merciful God, the church has ignored its backslidden state, and is continuing to go after the beggarly elements of the world.
These behaviours are evident before our eyes, and cannot be hidden anymore. The call and time for repentance is now! God is calling, will you answer the call?
Isaiah 1:18
Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
Hosea 14:4
I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for mine anger is turned away from him.
2 Chronicles 7:14
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
