For With God - All things are possible
Faith Restoration Ministries International [FRMI] and Shekinah Theological College [STC] were founded by Dr. Barbara Stuart.
The aim for FRMI is to help those who have suffered emotional, spiritual, or even physical hurt to overcome residual pain from memory of the past through Biblical Counselling.
While physical pain can be overcome with medication and time, emotional and spiritual pain do not heal as quickly in the lives of many people.
There are times when it is difficult to forget the experience of loss, disappointments and failures.
Nevertheless, this type of Counselling has proven to be a source of healing and help to overcome past emotional damages.
This ministry provides Inspirational books, Counselling, and Spiritual enrichment for those whose hearts have been torn or broken.
The type and style of Counselling is a healing ministry; and each session is guided, and directed by the Holy Spirit.
The Counsellor depends on the empowerment of the Spirit and the Word of God to bring healing, peace, and comfort for those who are hurting.
Dr Stuart has been in the ministry of counselling for many years and has seen the miraculous change in lives, attitudes, and behaviours of those who sought this ministry for help.
Each counselling session is prayerful with concern for the counselee so that he or she leaves with satisfaction knowing that God has the situation under control.
One of the major conditions that cause spiritual and emotional distress, resulting in physical situations is the spirit of unforgiveness.
If you find that you cannot forgive someone, try Faith Restoration Ministries Counselling Services and hear how you can be free and healed of your pain.
If you need Counselling, Discipleship, or maybe you have been searching for peace and understanding of God’s Word Faith Restoration Ministries is here to help you.
Dr. Stuart is Founder of Faith Restoration Ministries [FRMI] and Shekinah Theological College (STC) Inc. for Online Christian Education. The ministry began in May 2002 and has progressed over the years reaching across the globe with counselling, and ministry.
Dr. Stuart is a worker in the Kingdom of God and has not shirked from any duties which she was called to perform.
To chart her life, one would find that she is a professional with training, program development, leadership, and organizational skills. Dr. Stuart is an active Public Speaker, with an excellent interpersonal attitude towards helping others.
Dr. Stuart has worn many hats since the Lord called her into ministry, and has not shirked from any of those duties. She believes that if God has called you to work for Him, your accountability is to Him. Therefore, you will do your best to please Him regardless of how others behave.
For this reason she has worked in several positions in and out of the church community. These include: Associate Pastor; Christian Educator and Bible Studies curriculum coordinator; student advisor and o-mediator for landlord and tenant disputes.
Along with her experience, Dr. Stuart has been a Student Advisor and Freshman Seminar Leader. Her leadership and innovative skills allowed her to conceptualize, coordinate and develop programs for workshop presentations, and training for management personnel.
She was the co-founder of a Women's Support Group which provided seminars and counselling for the divorced and those in abusive relationships.
She has also established a student internship program, which still exists at the particular Secondary school. She is a certified teacher, and trained nurse.
Concerning STC, she believes that whatever she does, it must be through the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Moreover, Jesus said, “For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first, and count the cost, whether he have (sufficient) to finish it?
Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him, saying, ‘This man began to build, and was not able to finish’” (Luke 14:28-30).
Consequently, after much prayer and waiting on the Lord, Shekinah Theological College [STC] Inc. came into being.
Dr. Stuart holds weekly programs on the internet, and has a passion for the sacredness and permanence of the marital institution the way God planned it.
Impact of Parental Emotional Abuse in
The incidence of childhood emotional abuse is real and should not be ignored as though it is a made up story of fantasy.
There are adults who are still working through a parent’s insults, verbal abuse, and even rejection... For some adults who grew up attached to the memories, it is extremely difficult to extricate themselves from those experiences.
Since every child expects unconditional love from parents, especially from a mother, which is normal; when this is lacking it leaves that child with a hole in the heart....

What We Believe
We believe “That there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word [Jesus], and the Holy Ghost, and these three are one” [I John 4:7].
We believe that Jesus Christ was born of the Virgin Mary, and that He is the only Redeemer to reconcile us with God: “And all things (are) of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation” (II Corinthians 5:18).
We believe that Jesus Christ is all truth: “For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ come into the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist” [II John 1:7].
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God who came to earth to die for the sins of all mankind: “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” [John 3:16].
We believe in the Great Commission given by Jesus Christ instructing us to reach people of all religious, ethnic, cultural, and geographical backgrounds:
“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world” [Matthew 28:19-20].... More
